Matters Arising :
Rearranging the presentation to emphasise a more sales technique, we came across possible ways that we could improve the product as a whole.
Work in Progress :
We constructed an identity for our group by creating a logo and our production company name, we will be using this for our presentation the logo was created by Colin. Griff completed the fan website and we linked it in with the home page for the TV series that Colin designed. Steff created the social net work page on face book and added information about the TV series and also pictures.
Status of Ongoing Work :
There are targets set for the group, Colin has be set a task to create a sound board app (mock)for the iPhone, Daniel James has to re-edit the demo and extend the footage slightly and place the edited sound. David is going to set up a slide for Mischief marketing. Steffen will go over the presentation in order to set up what he will say through out, he will also be editing the face book page that he created. Griff is going to go over the website and edit the game by creating weapons and going in more depth about the game concept.

Matters Arising :
Edited audio so that suited better to the documentary, eg adding effects to certain dialect to make a phonecall effect. Reduced the length of the demo of the first scene of the pilot episode to about 2 and a half mintues.
Work in Progress :
We first carried on laying out our presentation on power point, with briefs and charts of figures and designs.
We then went and met at our group tutorial, and gave our presentation to our tutor and he gave us back some feedback, and what we should do to improve it. After that we met up again to make the changes that we thought were necessary.
Status of Ongoing Work :
Each of us are going to write what we are going to talk about in our pitch, so that we can layout our presentation a lot better, to ensure that it will flow better.

Matters Arising :
A few problems in editing the footage as the audio volume was at different levels, so as a group we had deiced to cut out half of it and just talk about the main points in the presentation. We had to delete most of the footage just to shorten the demo as it was 5 minutes long which was way to much to show in the presentation.
Work in Progress :
We had met up in the editing suite in the fade building, we all look over the work that we had and realised that we had a few missing vital peace to get done ready for our presentation. We set up a basic structure for the presentation and decided what it was going to entail.
Status of Ongoing Work :
Need to get the remained of work completed, Research, Character Bio, Floor Plan, Footage Edited, Script writer's character designed, Main story Arc, Locations, Mood board detailed.

After filming the interview about the three colleagues and their relationships between their boss, we took the footage and edited it but we realised that the sound was very low.

Filming interview's, then we recorded all the voice overs for the demo ( Narrator/Steve/Derick/Alan).

All design and pre-production gathered and brought in by Monday 24th October.

potential ideas for style of filming, narration, getting actors to film for pilot or just create a leica reel instead of filming.
Work in progress; Mock posters for original film to be used as general theme for mock website and flash game. Logo, title and web site look/feel discussed for doc's web page. Lead character artwork, mood board and back story approved. Story board and script for episode discussed and outlined, doc series posters and theme discussed. Theme for mock film completed.
